Leon Clift is an experienced construction and operations professional with over 20 years of expertise across residential, commercial, industrial, and specialist construction projects. He has successfully led and delivered multi-million-pound developments, managing projects from initial planning through to completion while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.
Leon has extensive experience managing large workforces, subcontractors, and multi-disciplinary teams across high-risk environments, including structural alterations, groundworks, confined spaces, and industrial facilities. He is highly skilled in construction planning, RAMS development, compliance management, contractor coordination, and maintaining strong safety and welfare standards on live sites.

Julian was actually recommended to us by the Estate Agents. He also helped us massively with the planning permission because there had actually been some planning turned down by our neighbours. Julian would come round at 8 o’clock in the evening until it was done.
